However we do recommend that you still have anti virus software on your workstations, as viruses can arrive on your PC through web sites and file downloads which are not scanned by the server. - Web based user manager for allowing users to change some parameters such as passwords or E-mail forwarding address. This is configurable to allow or disallow facilities, by user and for all users.

- Optional E-mail list manager for maintaining internal or external mailing lists and discussion groups.

- Support for hosting the data for many Windows based applications. For any applications based on the Access, Paradox or Dbase, the data can be held on centrally on the server, and shared across the workstations.
