The user manager is available from all user workstations, via the web browser, and allows each user control over certain aspects of the server. The actual facilities is configurable by user or across all users from the server manager. By pointing the web browser at http://<servername>/user-manager you will be asked to provide the user name and password:

Here are some examples of common uses for the user manager. Click any thumbnail to get the full picture.

This is the initial screen showing the options on the left, and a description of each option on the right. These options are chosen via a panel in the server manager.  Any of the server manager panels can be delegated to particular users (or all users)

This is the panel to be used to change the users password.  This is usually the same password as is used by the user to log onto the network on their own workstation.

This panel allows a user to save their private server data to a file on their workstation.

This allows the user to specify an alternative E-mail address to receive their E-mail. This can be another internal E-mail address, or an external one.

This panel allows the user to specify a vacation message which will be sent to the reply address for each E-mail that arrives for him.
