The trial version gives you full facilities for 30 days, then after that saving is restricted to Knowledgebases with under 100 nodes (it does warn you!!).

If you subsequently register, then you will be sent a code which will transform the trial version into a full version with no restrictions on saving. If you are already a registered user, then just install this version over any previous version.
It comes as a zip file containing a standard windows setup file. Double click the setup.exe file to install, and follow the instructions.
