The Personal Knowledgebase is a program for the PC user who needs to hold lots of information in an easy to access format.

As you can see the left hand panel is arranged rather like Windows Explorer, and the right hand panels show a title or question, the answer or information, and a set of keywords to use to search for the information (although you can also search for words in the question and answer directly as well).
Because it can minimise to the system tray, it can be available at any time to capture snippets of information which you do not want to lose.
The program is shipped with a help knowledgebase that covers the common questions, and also a “this&that” knowledgebase that acts as an example..
